知识型经济中的知识产权管理specific aspects

摘要
本文聚焦于知识型经济中的知识产权管理问题。研究的起点是第一阶段对知识资本（intellectual capital）的概念阐述。我们论证知识型经济是当代世纪的挑战。知识产权的议题从当代全球经济语境中以一种topical概念的方式加以操作化。我们列举了与该概念密切相关的主要机构。此外，还讨论了与WOS数据库检索的科学论文有关的专利问题，以及关于全球顶尖领域专利保护现状的系列统计数据与研究。论文的最后部分包含对该议题的结论与个人观点。
