宽面半导体激光源时空稳定化的概念验证

摘要
我们提供了 BAS 激光源稳定化机制的数值概念验证。该方案基于同时在折射率和泵浦(增益)上引入同相的二维调制。我们从数值上证明了 BAS 激光源在空间和时间上的完全稳定化。我们还考察了折射率与增益调制之间的相互作用,以及载流子慢弛豫对稳定化性能的影响。
