实验演示并表征了在正入射条件下,通过嵌入的起伏连续薄金属膜的等离激元介导共振透射。一维起伏被证明能够实现空间分辨的偏振滤波,而二维起伏则导致空间分辨、与偏振无关的透射。虽然所需的亚微米结构原则上适用于通过注塑和压印进行类似CD的低成本批量复制,但本文在基于金属涂层光刻胶光栅的实验模型上展示了预期的透射效应。研究了共振附近的频谱和角度依赖性,并讨论了表面等离激元表现出的额外损耗问题。
