NGC 891 中扩散离子化气体星系 halo 运动学的 SparsePak 观测

摘要
我们报告了 WIYN SparsePak 对 NGC 891 扩散离子化气体(DIG)星系 halo 的观测结果。对 halo 速度场的分析初步结果显示，方位速度随 z 有明显的梯度，这与中性气体的结果一致。该梯度的大小通过两种独立方法确定，约为 15 km/s/kpc。
