利用基于图的学习方法解决欺诈检测问题

摘要
信用卡欺诈交易检测是机器学习领域的重要问题。检测信用卡欺诈交易有助于减少信用卡持卡人和银行的重大损失。为检测信用卡欺诈交易，数据科学家通常采用无监督学习技术与监督学习技术。本文中，我们采用基于图 p-Laplacian 的半监督学习方法，并结合 Cluster Centroids 等欠采样技术来解决信用卡欺诈交易检测问题。实验结果表明，图 p-Laplacian 半监督学习方法优于当前最先进的基于图 Laplacian 的半监督学习方法（p=2）。
