摘要
作为 Snowmass 进程的一部分,宇宙前沿 WIMP 直接探测小组 (CF1) 汲取了宇宙前沿及更广泛粒子物理学界的意见,编制了本文件。CF1 的任务是:(a) 总结全球 WIMP 直接探测实验的现状与预期灵敏度;(b) 通过考察一系列 WIMP 模型,论证在广阔参数空间内开展 WIMP 暗物质搜寻的必要性;(c) 就探索该参数空间所需的实验项目类型达成社区共识;(d) 确定切实实现这些目标所需的共同基础设施。
