摘要
在朗道型方法中通常用于铁电薄膜和纳米结构的边界条件必须进行修改,以考虑到铁电体 (FE) 的表面是一种“场”型缺陷。表面(界面)场与极化强度的法向分量耦合,因此,二阶相变通常被抑制,并且响应中的异常被抹平,正如实验所观察到的那样。
