摘要
提出了一种仅利用TeV能标简单新物理来理解小中微子质量的新机制。作为应用，展示了它如何仅利用粒子的量子数，自然地导致三种活性中微子情形下所谓的双最大混合的质量层级，或惰性中微子的(3+1)方案。
