摘要
本文对 S=1 二聚化准二维反铁磁体 BaMnO 进行了单晶非弹性中子散射测量。单态-三重态色散揭示了相邻双层之间的最近邻和次近邻铁磁相互作用，这些相互作用相互竞争。尽管层间交换与层内交换相当，但这种额外的阻挫降低了沿 c 轴的有效耦合，导致了准二维行为。此外，所得交换值能够重现相图中的四个临界场。
