摘要
利用微米尺度的光纤锥波导作为近场光学元件,在低温(~14 K)下对单个 InAs 量子点进行了光致发光光谱测量。量子点自发辐射耦合进入光纤锥基模的收集效率估计为 0.1%;通过改变锥尖相对于样品的位置,并将光纤锥同时用于泵浦与收集通道,获得了空间分辨率约 600 nm 的空间分辨测量结果。
