由强光脉冲激发的单个偶极子的荧光可导致产生包含单个光子的另一光脉冲。研究了激发脉冲的持续时间和能量对荧光脉冲中光子数的影响。考虑了具有强阻尼相干性的二能级偶极子的情况。也研究了导致 shelving 的亚稳态的存在。
