摘要
相衬层析流式细胞术结合了未染色单细胞定量三维分析与高通量。该方法的一个关键问题是对海量三维层析数据的存储与管理。在此，我们展示了通过三维 Zernike 描述子对层析图数据进行的有效准无损压缩，从而解锁了此前无法实现的数据管理任务与计算流程。
