我们研究了一种从架构和技术角度看均得以简化的偏振编码 BB84-QKD 发射器，展示了以硅发射器驱动低复杂度偏振调制器，以 2.8kb/s 的原始密钥率和 10.47% 的 QBER 生成安全密钥，印证了全硅 QKD 发射器的可行性。
