SIMA 2:用于虚拟世界的通用具身智能体

摘要

我们介绍SIMA 2,一个理解和在各种3D虚拟世界中行动的通用具身智能体。基于Gemini基础模型,SIMA 2是通用具身智能体的一个重要步骤,通向具身环境中的主动、以目标为导向的交互。与以前的工作(例如SIMA 1)仅限于简单语言命令不同,SIMA 2充当交互合作伙伴,能够推理高层次目标,与用户对话,并处理通过语言和图像给出的复杂指令。跨 diverse游戏组合,SIMA 2在人类表现方面显著缩小差距,并在保持基础模型核心推理能力的同时,演示了对先前未见环境的稳健泛化。此外,我们展示了一种开放式自我改进的潜力:通过利用Gemini生成任务并提供奖励,SIMA 2可以在新环境中从零开始自主学习新技能。本工作验证了通用于虚拟世界乃至最终物理世界的 versatile和持续学习智能体的路径。
