超光速光脉冲传播中的信号速度、因果性与量子噪声

摘要
我们考虑脉冲在线性反常色散介质中的传播，其中群速度超过真空光速(c)甚至变为负值。基于光信噪比操作性定义了信号速度，并针对近期观测到此种负群速度的实验相应情形进行了计算。发现量子涨落将信号速度限制为小于c的值。
