缺氧铁基砷氧化物超导体NdFeAs0.85中超导能隙的层依赖性

摘要
利用低能可调谐光子对缺氧铁基砷氧化物超导体NdFeAsO0.85(Tc=52K)进行光电子能谱研究,揭示了费米能级(EF)附近电子结构具有明显的光子能量依赖性。在超导态下,使用9.5 eV光子可观察到清晰的导带边位移,而使用6.0 eV光子则观察到清晰的费米截止,导带边位移很小。结果表明,超导能隙并非在Gamma(0,0)点附近的空穴型能带上打开,而是在M(pi,pi)点附近的电子型能带上打开。
