层状磁电复合材料的形状退磁效应

摘要
由于磁电 (ME) 理论模型的过度简化,磁电电压系数一直被认为与板状层状磁致伸缩 - 压电复合材料的平面内形状无关。在本文中,我们指出事实上由于磁致伸缩的形状退磁效应,磁电电压系数很大程度上依赖于平面内形状。理论分析和实验结果均表明,磁电电压系数随层状磁电特性平面内尺寸(长度和宽度)的变化而显著变化。磁电系数随平面内尺寸的增加而增大,不同的长宽比也会导致不同的磁电系数。合理设计平面内形状将极大地促进磁电器件的发展。
