摘要
粒子的符合探测是实验物理中的一种有力方法,能够研究多种入射粒子与靶的相互作用。绝大多数符合实验是用带电粒子完成的,因为它们可由电场或磁场引导而获得较大的探测概率。当被符合记录的一个粒子为中性物种或光子时,其探测概率通常受限于较小的立体角。在此,我们提出两种光学组件,可显著增大EUV至VIS光子探测的立体角。这些组件的效率与通用性在电子-光子符合探测中得到展示,其中电子和光子源于气态样品经同步辐射光激发后的基本过程。
