摘要

由于地球绕太阳运动引起的年调制是地下固态探测器预期 WIMP 信号的一个众所周知的特征。在本报告中，我们从统计角度讨论了该技术的应用前景，引入了针对不同材料和实验条件下 WIMP-核子标量截面的年调制灵敏度图。对调制最高的灵敏度出现在 WIMP 质量区间 10 GeV < m_W < 130 GeV，实际上限取决于天体物理参数的选择，而可探测的 WIMP-核子弹性截面的最低值在大多数情况下落在当前直接探测 WIMP 搜索灵敏度的一个数量级之内。
