半解析星系形成模型与高红移宇宙

摘要
基于层级聚类的数据驱动的星系形成半解析模型现在对低和高红移星系的可观测属性作出广泛预测。本文集中关注两个方面:(1) 自洫的尘埃吸收模型预测平均 UV 吸收 A_{UV} ~ 1 鬱,仅对红移影响不大,与观测估计相似。(2) 模型预测在 z ~ 3 处发现的 Lyman-break 星系应强烈聚集,其平行相关长度 r_0 = 4-7 Mpc/h (取决于宇宙学),与后续观测结果良好一致。
