利用自聚焦光束将光耦合进回音壁模式谐振器

摘要
我们提出了一种将光耦合进回音壁模式（whispering-gallery mode）谐振器的原创方法。该方法结合了棱镜耦合的模式选择性和鲁棒性以及光纤锥的单模传播特性。该方法由一个内部刻写有波导的棱镜状晶体组成。该波导通过光束自陷效应原位自刻写，以实现对特定谐振器的最佳耦合。
