量子级联激光器增益线宽的自洽理论

摘要
如果散射环境对两个态相似，子带间跃迁的线宽可以显著降低到所涉及态寿命展宽之和以下。本文在非平衡格林函数方法框架内对此进行了研究。我们发现，这一效应对于近期一种相对低掺杂的太赫兹量子级联激光器尤为重要。
