摘要
我们实验展示了成功利用胶体光刻技术在近红外波长范围内制备负折射率超材料。具体而言，我们研究了广泛研究的双渔网超材料的一种特定实现，该结构由金-二氧化硅-金层堆叠构成，并穿孔有六边形排列的圆孔。通过调节孔径，我们可以将这些自组装超材料定制为单负（ε<0）和双负（ε<0且μ<0）超材料。
