摘要
SeCQC是一个开源程序代码，它通过使用迭代方法实现了量子信道经典容量的数值搜索（SeCQC）。给定一个量子信道，SeCQC找到最大化可访问信息的统计算子和POVM结果，从而确定量子信道的经典容量。优化过程通过使用在POVM空间中沿梯度的最陡上升法实现，并且还使用共轭梯度法进行加速。
