埋层 Si(111)-SiO$_2$ 界面的二次谐波干涉光谱术

摘要
提出二次谐波干涉光谱术（SHIS），它结合了二次谐波（SH）辐射的振幅（强度）与相位谱，作为一种对半导体表面联合态密度的临界点（CP's）类型敏感的新光谱技术。在 SH 光子能量 3.6 eV 至 5 eV 范围内，对埋层 Si(111)-SiO 界面展示了 SHIS 技术增强的灵敏度，并能够分离出硅的 、 与 临界点的共振贡献。
