带隙双层石墨烯中诱导Lifshitz跃变处相干亚太赫兹辐射的二次与三次谐波产生

摘要

利用强相干电磁辐射与带隙双层石墨烯相互作用的微观非线性量子理论,发展了用于低能光子激发诱导Lifshitz跃变的高次谐波产生方法。在非绝热多光子激发 regime 下数值求解了密度矩阵的Liouville-von Neumann方程。通过数值解,我们考察了在诱导Lifshitz跃变中,两列沿相反方向传播的线偏振相干电磁波在粒子-空穴湮灭处的二次与三次谐波产生速率。所得结果表明,带隙双层石墨烯可作为在亚太赫兹频段有效产生偶次与奇次高次谐波的介质。
