本文总结了由意大利航天局 (ASI) 支持的成功项目 LAUE 的进展,该项目致力于开发用于硬 X 射线/软伽马射线天文学 (80-600 keV) 的长焦距(高达 100 m)Laue 透镜。该装置已准备就绪,原型透镜花瓣的组装正在进行中。该项目的重大成就是使用了弯曲晶体。基于单晶测量和模拟结果,我们估算了预期的点扩散函数 (Point Spread Function),从而得出了由花瓣组成的透镜的灵敏度。预期灵敏度为几 photons cm s keV。我们讨论了一系列可通过搭载在自由飞行卫星上的此类仪器解决的开放天体物理问题。
