基于势能各向异性两带模型中杂质对电子散射的研究

摘要
在势能各向异性两带模型框架内，研究了杂质浓度对超导临界温度T_c的依赖。考虑了非磁性和磁性杂质对杂质带内和杂质带间电子散射的作用。结果表明，在不同的模型参数取值下，T_c的杂质浓度依赖可能呈现两种形式：一种是典型于s波势能函数模型的弱依赖，另一种是T_c被杂质强抑制的形式，在临界杂质浓度处T_c=0。还发现在某些情况下，随着杂质浓度增加，临界温度可能升高。所得结果与高温超导体的实验数据相吻合。
