量子霍尔液体边缘态的扫描势显微镜

摘要

使用低温原子力显微镜作为局部电压表,我们测量了量子霍尔导体中在 n=3 处存在由栅极引起的非平衡边缘态人口的霍尔电压轮廓。我们观察到样品边缘处的尖锐电压跌幅,这些跌幅通过重新对准边缘态而被抑制。
