碳纳米管中激子的尺度关系

摘要
碳纳米管的光发射预计主要由激子复合主导。我们计算了嵌入介质中的纳米管激子性质，涵盖广泛的管径和介质环境。我们发现，简单的尺度关系可很好地描述结合能、激子尺寸和振荡强度。
