摘要
我们讨论了旋转均匀各向同性宇宙模型的运动方程。我们指出，该模型预言了天体质量与其角动量之间存在一个最小值。我们进一步表明，这一关系似乎是普适的，并且我们预测了具有最小角动量的结构质量，这与观测结果一致。通过这种方式，我们提出了在天体形成过程中获取角动量可能源于宇宙的全局自转的可能性。
