更新在丝状网络主动应力生成中的作用

摘要
我们研究了交联剂、马达和丝状物的更新(turnover)对由被动交联剂连接的丝状网络在分子马达作用力下产生收缩应力的影响。我们进行了数值模拟,其中将丝状物视为刚杆,且分子马达的运动速度快于交联剂交换的时间尺度。我们表明,分子马达在交联剂数量超过临界值时产生收缩应力。当允许被动交联剂更新时,由于簇的形成,网络施加的应力消失。当丝状物和被动交联剂均更新时,可防止簇形成,网络达到动态的收缩稳态。在丝状物和交联剂更新率的最优比值下达到最大应力。
