双子座行星成像仪天体测量定标的修订

摘要

我们提出了对双子座行星成像仪(GPI)天体测量定标的修订,该仪器旨在实现小角间距下的高对比度,以对邻近年轻恒星周围的亚恒星及行星质量伴星进行成像。我们发现了GPI数据处理流水线(DRP)中若干显著影响还原后GPI图像中北极角确定的问题。该误差除了在天顶距较小时对目标的位置角测量引入微小误差外,还导致了先前天体测量定标中的显著误差,影响了所有后续的天体测量。我们详细描述了这些问题及其修正方法。我们使用更新版本的DRP还原了自2014年仪器投入使用以来定期获取的定标双星GPI观测数据。将这些测量结果与Keck II望远镜上NIRC2仪器(一台具有优异天体测量定标的仪器)的观测进行比较,从而推导出GPI更新后的像元比例尺与北极偏移角。这一修订后的天体测量定标应用于GPI获取的所有测量,以进行精密天体测量定标。
