我们回应了对《Direct detection of galactic halo dark matter》（Oppenheimer等，2001年，Science第292期，第698页）论文中Gibson & Flynn与Graff的批评。该论文报道了在我们银河天顶区观测中发现的显著暗暗物质 halo 白矮星群体。他们对我们论点的论证在仔细审视下并不成立。
