摘要
我们展示了嵌入双金属腔中、与腔场强耦合同时保持其电子特性的共振隧穿二极管（Resonant Tunneling Diodes）。我们测量了极化激元色散，发现相对真空拉比分裂为16%，这明确符合强耦合 regime。此外，我们表明电子输运通过调制耦合强度对极化激元具有显著影响。我们器件中电子输运与极化激元物理的融合，为腔量子电动力学和集成光子学开辟了新方向。
