共振磁声开关:瑞利波频率与波矢的影响

摘要
我们在面内磁化薄膜上表明,利用沿难磁轴或易磁轴传播的大振幅瑞利波,可将磁化高效地翻转 180 度。在后一种情况下形成了巨大的特征细丝状畴。微磁模拟清楚地证实,这种多畴构型与共振进动机制相容。在两种几何中,反转畴的面积均为数百 ,远大于利用自旋转移矩或场驱动进动开关所展示的。我们表明表面声波在寻址给定区域前至少可传播 1mm,并且可发生干涉以产生能以亚微米精度定位的磁条带。
