摘要
使用非平衡统计算符方法(NSO)，我们研究了通过半导体/铁磁绝缘体混合结构中界面的自旋输运。我们分析了有效参数近似，其中每个考虑的子系统（传导电子、磁振子和声子）由其有效温度表征。我们构建了宏观方程，描述了由共振激发的传导电子自旋系统和铁磁绝缘体中的非均匀热场共同引起的自旋波电流。
