玻璃具有类液体结构，但表现出类固体性质。一个核心问题涉及玻璃的结构与力学性质之间的关系，但结构变化仍然难以解析。我们使用流变学与 X 射线散射的新颖组合来解析胶体玻璃中的结构变化，并将其直接与其力学行为联系起来。通过结合应力和结构因子测量，我们解析了作为施加应力函数的最近邻构型中剪切诱导的变化，从而阐明了玻璃真实剪切带化转变的结构起源。
