用于脑 PET 成像及粒子径迹与时间测量的阻性板探测器(TOF-tracker)

摘要

在本研究中,我们探索了利用阻性板探测器(TOF-tracker)同时进行带电粒子高分辨率计时和二维径迹测量的读出架构,以及用于 PET 成像的伽马射线精确探测架构。在 625 cm2cm^2 的灵敏面积上,对于来自宇宙射线的带电粒子的径迹测量与计时,我们获得了 61 ps σ\sigma 的时间分辨率和低于 150 μ\mum σ\sigma 的二维位置分辨率。通过探测其湮灭辐射,确定了对小型 β+\beta^+ 源进行定位的 0.49 mm FWHM 的固有精度。
