SrNaBi2Nb3O12 陶瓷的弛豫铁电行为与结构特征

摘要
采用传统固相反应法制备了 SrNaBi2Nb3O12 粉体。X 射线结构研究确认该相属于 Aurivillius 氧化物家族的三层成员。SrNaBi2Nb3O12(SNBN)陶瓷表现出弛豫铁电体的典型特征,即宽化且弥散的介电最大值。介电最大值温度(Tm)随频率的变化服从 Vogel-Fulcher 关系。弛豫行为被认为源于 A 位的阳离子无序。在远高于 Tm 的温度下观察到收缩的铁电电滞回线。
