水平振动颗粒材料的反复膨胀

摘要
本文报告了水平振动下颗粒材料动力学的实验研究。在广泛的参数范围内观察到对流运动，类似于垂直振动下已知的效应。然而，在水平振动下，我们观察到材料表面振荡高度的一个显著新效应：表面振荡的频率与驱动频率完全解耦。我们将此效应解释为对流运动引起的雷诺剪胀与材料机械稳定性之间相互作用的结果。
