摘要
可以通过调节量子点两个独立栅极电压产生的交交位移电流的整流，导致直流电压随频率线性变化。这种整流位移电流的存在可以解释 Switkes 等人 [Science 283, 1905 (1999)] 在最近对非绝热量子电子泵测量中观察到的磁场对称性。
