VPN 是一种安全隧道，可帮助服务提供商在非安全网络上交换数据。存在大量 VPN 方案，其对目标架构的部署影响以及性能限制或机会各异。本技术报告针对多种 SATCOM 部署场景与拓扑，比较了 Wireguard 与 OpenVPN。
