半导体-超导体异质结构中马约拉纳粒子的近期进展——工程与探测

摘要
马约拉纳零模（MZMs）是（凝聚态系统中的）奇异激发，在拓扑量子计算中具有潜在应用。尽管已在许多平台上预言了 MZMs，但其存在与否仍在争论中。在本文中，我们综述了在半导体-超导体异质结构中工程实现和探测 MZMs 的近期进展。我们也简要综述了利用半导体-超导体混合纳米线实现拓扑量子计算的方案。
