摘要

本次报告涵盖了 BABAR 和 Belle 实验近期发表的一系列关于稀有 B 介子衰变的结果。测量了 $B\to X_s\gamma$ 、 $B\to K^{(*)}\ell^+\ell^-$ 衰变以及 B 介子衰变中的轻子数破坏过程，以搜寻新物理。
