我们考虑量子场论中由基本粒子碰撞诱导的隧穿过程。我们提出了一种半经典方法，用于在极高碰撞能量极限下估计这些过程的概率。作为示例，我们评估了在具有边界相互作用的(1+1)维标量模型中不同真空之间诱导隧穿的最大概率。
