b 与 c 强子的稀有衰变

摘要
在这篇提交给 Snowmass 过程的白皮书中，我们综述了 b 与 c 强子稀有衰变领域的现状与前景。强调了稀有衰变在寻找超越标准模型物理中所起的作用。我们着重指出大量相关过程的互补性，并勾勒出最有前景的方向。讨论了 Belle II、BES III、ATLAS、CMS、LHCb 及未来机器上的实验机遇。我们也总结了理论方面需应对的挑战，以实现与预期实验灵敏度相匹配的稀有衰变理论不确定性。
