KNbO3 相变过程中畴的快速出现——一项 TEM 原位加热研究

摘要
在透射电子显微镜 (TEM) 中对铌酸钾单晶样品进行了加热观测。观测到了畴壁 (DWs) 和位错，且畴壁具有可动性。在某些情况下，畴壁会被位错钉扎，至少持续很短时间，这很可能是由于应变场的相互作用所致。观测到了两种相变，并伴随着新畴图案的快速出现。
