基于放射组学与人工智能的 CT 数据分析用于多发性骨髓瘤预后特征识别

摘要

多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是一种累及骨髓、造成肾损害和溶骨性病变的血液癌症。MM 的骨骼受累是本文的核心,利用放射组学(radiomics)和人工智能识别基于图像的 MM 生物标志物。初步结果表明,MM 与全身骨内体积的扩展相关,且机器学习可识别与疾病演变最相关的 CT 图像特征。该计算方法可依据这些生物标志物对 MM 患者进行自动分层,并形成用于确定疾病随访的预后流程。
