摘要
Belle和BaBar两个B工厂收集的巨大数据集使得详细探索辐射企鹅过程b → s γ、电弱企鹅过程b → s l+ l-以及受抑制的辐射过程b → d γ成为可能，这些研究涵盖所有遍举道和包含测量。理论工具也已进步到达到或超越实验精度，特别是在包含计算和遍举道的各种比率方面。本文回顾了过去十年B介子辐射和电弱企鹅衰变的理论与实验进展。
